I have more or less the same install on a different computer and that is working fine. I don't see any maninglful content under the IISExpress folder that is under the My Documents folder. It looks like IIS may have been installed a number of months ago so it may not be IISExpress (how might one tell?). Under each of these folders is a number of folders that include folders with the names of the sites I tried to build with WebMatrix (whereby the files in under the sites folders under My Web Sites have the CSHTML files).
